Reservation Terms and Conditions:

Because we work in a professional, straightforward, and clear manner to provide you with exceptional service at a reasonable price.And because we are eager for an excellent and continuous relationship with our customers.

We advise you to read the terms of the reservation carefully and determine our rights and obligations in order to guarantee you and avoid any misunderstandings that may occur.

By accessing, browsing and using our Website or any of our Apps or any of our Services available through our Website or any window through which you book, you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:-

 

First: General Rules

The following paperwork must be brought with you at the time of hotel login:

-Each adult’s personal card.

-The marriage certificate or the wife’s ID card mentions the husband’s name.

-voucher booking document from the company.

-Birth certificates of the children to be submitted upon request.

-The passport for non-Egyptians and what proves the existence of residency, if applicable.

-Check-in at hotels starts at 2:00 PM.

-Check-out from the hotel is at 12:00 PM, and the guest will bear any costs that the hotel may impose due to the guest’s delay.

-Prices do not include any other services not mentioned in voucher booking.

-Prices do not include any personal expenses such as (baggage services – room services – using anything with a room minibar – laundry – phone calls – early accommodation or late exit hotels – tipping… etc.).

-The triple rooms are a double room with an additional bed added.

 

Secondly: Payment methods

No reservations are confirmed until the full amount of the booking is paid.

 
 

Available payment methods: cash payment – online payment on our website – payment by credit cards – bank deposits.

 

 

Thirdly: Confirmation of the reservation

 

 All the information mentioned in the booking receipt (voucher), including the number of individuals, number of children, children’s dates of birth, and arrival and departure dates, is the client’s responsibility. Any additional costs resulting from changes to any of this information upon arrival at the hotel will be borne by the client, with no liability on the company.

 
 
 

Fourth: The modification/cancellation policy for hotel reservations:

 

 In the case of requesting a cancellation or change of reservation, a written confirmation of the cancellation or change must be provided by the client during working hours, which are from 10 AM to 5 PM, every day of the week except for Friday and Saturday, which are days off.
 
Cancellation or change fees are applied according to the date of the cancellation request, and these fees increase as the cancellation or change date approaches the travel date, reaching up to 100%.
 
If the cancellation is requested within a period of more than 21 (twenty-one days) from the date of travel, the full amount of the booking shall be refunded without charge.
 

In the case of cancellation requested less than 21 (twenty-one) days and more than 6 (six working days) before the travel date, the cost of one hotel night will be deducted from the total number of nights for each reserved room, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

In the case of a cancellation request made less than 6 (six working days) before the travel date, the full amount will be deducted, and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
 

 The customer has the right to modify the tourist services that have been booked 15 days prior to the travel date, provided that the customer bears all the penalties imposed according to the type of service to be modified, and the outcome of the modification depends on the availability during this period.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances such as wars, protests, riots, floods, and other similar situations, the situation will be reviewed in accordance with these special cases.

In case of cancellation or modification, the client should write about it via email and call by phone to establish their right to the cancellation date.

In the event of a reservation cancellation due to personal circumstances of the client (death – illness – divorce), God forbid, the cancellation policy will be applied according to the date of the cancellation request.

 

 

Fifth: The cancellation policy for transfers (i.e., trips including transfers by tourist buses):

 
 
 In the event of a request to cancel the booking of bus chairs more than 15 days prior to the travel date, the full value of the bus chairs will be refunded.
 
 In case of a request to cancel the booking of bus chairs more than 7 days before the date of travel and less than 15 days, 50% of the value of bus chairs shall be deducted.
 
 The need to comply with the location of the gathering and when the bus will move, as the company is not responsible for any delays and the bus will move on time.
 

The commitment to sit in the designated seat specified on the flight voucher.

 

Sixth: The cancellation policy for activities and tours:

 
In case of cancellation at least one day before the flight date before 4 pm (knowing that it is a working day and not a holiday) the full amount is refunded.
 
 In case of cancellation on the day of the scheduled flight, the full amount shall be deducted and no refund shall be granted.
 
In case of a delay in the flight schedule, the customer is not entitled to request another date or postpone it to another day.
 
 

Seventh: Important notes regarding flight tickets:

 
The company is not responsible for determining the weight allowed by airlines.
 
 In the case of changing or canceling flight tickets, penalties will be applied (change fee – difference in economy class – any other penalties for modifying the travel itinerary).

 
 

Eighth: In the event of not traveling without notifying the company:

 
No refunds will be made for any programs or number of hotel nights not implemented by the customer after the date of return.
 
In the case of a refund, it will be processed within at least 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the cancellation request.

In case the customer makes payment using electronic cards (Visa/MasterCard) the amount will be refunded to the card again within the time period specified by the bank.
