Payment and return policy
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team.
Cancellations are accepted 7 days before departure and the process depends on the tour details. Cancellation policy varies from one tour package to another, so we advise you to review the cancellation policy for each tour before completing your reservation.
Airline tickets and tour travel insurance are non-refundable after payment has been made and reservation confirmed.
Whether a tour reservation is fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depends on the cancellation policy, although the following provisions generally apply based on the cancellation date:
Tourist services (hotel, transportation, tours, excursions):
Free of charge if cancelled 14 days before departure.
50% of the reservation value will be charged in case of cancellation 7 to 14 days before departure.
The full value of the reservation will be charged in case of cancellation less than 7 days before the departure date.
The full value of the reservation will be charged in the event of non-travelling or early departure.
Reservation rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Flights schedule may require you to arrive early or leave the hotel late. Our customer support team will inform you about travel timing and flight schedule when you book to get ready for your trip.
exclusive tour reserves the right to modify or change the hotel to another hotel of the same category in emergency cases (reservation for more rooms than available, ban dates).
All flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
exclusive tour is not responsible for completing the procedures of obtaining travel visas for tours, and you are responsible for carrying all travel documents.
Hotel Reservation
Information on exclusive tours is obtained by several service and accommodations providers. exclusive tours is keen to display the latest and most accurate information, but we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of information, as it depends mainly on prices and room availability, which in turn may change from time to time.
The prices displayed include service charges and taxes. The price of your reservation is also detailed on the payment page. Note that some hotels may charge additional fees that must be paid directly upon check-in to the hotel, such as city tax, tourism fee, security deposit, resort fees, etc. It is not included in the total amount of the reservation. In some cases, this information is displayed on the hotel information page under the “Mandatory Fee” section.
Reservation Cancellation
We reserve the right not to accept clients or reservations (and in exceptional cases cancel a confirmed reservation) at our sole discretion and for any legal reason without the need to justify the refusal.
The main reasons for refusing a customer or reservation include (but are not limited to):
- Accommodation place is closed.
- The displayed price for the reservation is incorrect.
- Commercial and economic sanctions.
- Ban and legal restrictions.
- Fraud or theft.
- suspected of criminal activities.
- False or misleading information provided by customers.
- Credit card problems.
- Inappropriate or unacceptable behavior.
- Threats or insults.
If the reservation is rejected or cancelled by exclusive tours, and you have already made any payments, the full amount will be refunded.
We reserve the right to ban and prevent users from browsing our website and application by permanently or temporarily adding them to the (blacklist) at our sole discretion. Therefore, any prohibited user must not attempt to use the website under any other name or through any other user.
You should contact exclusive tours management to request a refund of the reservation value, as airlines cannot refund any value paid for the reservation through the platform.
The time it takes to process reservations refund requests differs from cancellation requests.
Requesting a refund for partially used tickets (for example, using the first flight ticket and requesting the cancellation of the remaining part) may take from 25 to 30 working days, depending on the airline.
exclusive tours Administration will return the reservation amount that you have paid, with deduction of the reservation cancellation fee, only if the reservation amount has been refunded to our platform by the airline or the airline service provider for your flight.
